Step 1: The Wax Molds
Custom pieces start out with your visions and ideas. John hand sketches you a picture to make your vision come to life! From that sketch he hand carves a wax mold like the one shown to the right.

Step 2: The Casting
During the casting process the gold is alloyed and then using a centrifuge the liquid metal is forced into the wax mold. The picture to the left is the piece after the wax has been melted and the gold is raw cast.
Step 3: The Finished Creation
Each stone is set by hand and the entire piece is hand polished to perfection. The finished product is a unique piece of jewelry. If you can imagine it we can make it!
